Joseph D. Mwakabage

Has an MSc. in engineering Management (project Management, 2012) from University of Dar-es-salaam

and a BSc. in Mining Engineering from the University of Dar-es-salaam (2005). Eng. Mwakabage has undergone various professional short courses worldwide. He has been in the mining industry for the past 8 years having worked in various mines (AEL-Tanzania ltd as explosive’s engineer, Geita Gold Mine as a Drill and Blast/Mining Engineer, Buzwagi Gold mine as Mine Planning engineer. Senior short-term planning engineer and Kimani Minerals as Operations Manager). Eng. Mwakabage has been involved in mining projects particularly industrial minerals, gold, quarries, explosives and exploration. He has participated on mining construction of Buzwagi Gold Mine and has served in various management capacities in operating mines from technical (engineering) and operational positions.

Patrick Paul

Paul Has an M.eng in Mining from the university of British Columbia, Canada (2012) and a Bsc. In Mining Engineering from the university of Dar-es-salaam (2005). Eng. Patrick has also undergone various professional short courses worldwide. He has been in the industry for the past 8 years having worked with several mines (Resolute-Nzega mine) as a Mining Engineer, Barrick North-Mara as Operations superintendent and Avion Gold Corporation in Mali as chief Mining Engineer.
